Custom Orders Guidelines

By placing a custom order with LOL CAP LLC (“LOL CAP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply in addition to our general Terms of Service and govern all custom product requests.

 

1. Custom Order Submissions

​

  • All custom orders must include clear, specific details such as product type, design, colors, and any special instructions.

  • We do not accept submissions containing copyrighted, trademarked, offensive, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the legal right to use any content (e.g., images, logos, phrases) included in your request.

 

2. Review and Acceptance

  • Submitting a custom order does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment.

  • LOL CAP reserves the absolute right to refuse or cancel any custom order at any time, for any reason, including—but not limited to—content, feasibility, prior customer conduct, or internal policy.

  • This right applies even if the custom request meets all visible guidelines.

 

3. Design Rights and Adjustments

​

  • By submitting a design, you grant LOL CAP a non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, and modify it as needed for production purposes.

  • We may make small adjustments (e.g., sizing, alignment, color tweaks) to ensure optimal print quality. We will notify you if any such minor changes are made.

  • Custom designs remain your intellectual property; we will not resell or redistribute your custom content without explicit permission.

 

4. Payments, Refunds, and Returns

​

  • Custom orders must be paid in full before production begins.

  • Once production begins, there will be absolutely NO refunds or returns.

  • If an order is declined before production, any payment made will be refunded in full.

  • All sales are final once production starts, regardless of later changes in preference, errors in submission, or delays outside our control.

 

5. Timelines and Communication

​

  • Estimated production and delivery timelines will be communicated after your order is approved.

  • While we aim to meet all stated timeframes, delays can occur due to supply chain or other unforeseen issues.

  • We will communicate any significant delays or necessary adjustments.

 

6. Right to Refuse Service

​

LOL CAP reserves the unrestricted right to refuse service to any customer or custom request at any time, with or without cause. This includes orders that appear to meet all guideline requirements. This policy exists to protect our brand, values, and creative standards.

 

7. Policy Updates

​

We may revise these terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted here and will apply to all future custom orders.
