At LOL CAP LLC, we strive to keep shipping affordable and transparent for all customers. Please review the following details regarding shipping rates, handling fees, and seasonal surcharges.
 

1. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary depending on the product and delivery location. For customers in the United States:

• Most shipping costs remain below $9.99

• The majority of orders ship for under $5.49

• Shipping rates may be adjusted every few months (typically reduced, though occasional increases may occur due to inflation)

As of August 12, 2024, all products are only available for shipment within the United States.

2. Handling Fees

Handling fees are applied at checkout and are based on your state of residence. These fees are included in the delivery cost and will not appear as a separate charge.

• If you live in Mississippi, Arkansas, Indiana, Kansas, Minnesota, Nevada, Washington, Rhode Island, or Tennessee:

  • Handling fee: $0.39 per order

• If you live in any other U.S. state:

  • Handling fee: $2.00 flat rate + $0.35 per product

These fees help cover credit card processing charges and differences in state sales tax rates.

3. Holiday Surcharge

During the peak holiday season (November, December, and January), shipping carriers apply additional charges due to increased order volumes. To account for this:

• An extra $0.40 surcharge will be added at checkout on top of the standard handling fee.

4. Shipping Coverage

• Future expansion: If you would like to request shipping to another country, please reach out to us.
